Week of 03/10/08

Art I- Students are working on a clay "3-D Face Relief". Students are to make a face relief of someone famous that possess distinct features. Students must include all facial features.

Monday- Working on "3-D Face Relief".
Tuesday- Working on "3-D Face Relief".
Wednesday- Working on "3-D Face Relief".
Thursday- Working on "3-D Face Relief".
Friday- Working on "Artist Presentations".

Art II- Students are working on a "Monochromatic Painting". Students must select an image and then paint it by using only one color plus white and black. Then students will start a new project titled, "5 Senses" Still-Life. Students are to bring in 5 objects that they feel resembles the 5 senses and draw them in a Still-Life format.

Wednesday- Working on "5 Senses Still-Life".
Thursday- Working on "5 Senses Still-Life".
Friday- Working on "Artist Presentations".

Art IV- Students are working on their "Your Choice" painting project.

Monday- Working on "Your Choice" painting project".
Tuesday- Working on "Your Choice" painting project".
Wednesday- Working on "Your Choice" painting project".
Thursday- Working on "Your Choice" painting project.
Friday- Working on "Artist Presentations".

Crafts- Students are working on their "Hemp Jewelry". Students are to make 3 different pieces of jewelry from a necklace, bracelet, key chain, etc.

Monday- Working on "Hemp Jewelry".
Tuesday- Working on "Hemp Jewelry".
Wednesday- Working on "Hemp Jewelry".
Thursday- Working on "Hemp Jewelry".
Friday- Working on "Hemp Jewelry".

Jr. High- Students are working on their "Nameillism" in which students are to find an image of someone famous. Then they are to draw out the image using a Roller Ball Pen by using their name emphasizing on the layering of value.
